Brock Oakley Ailes is a multi-disciplinary artist living and working in Columbus, OH. Ailes uses sculpture, video, performance, and images to address issues of class inequality while maintaining reverence for the working class communities he was raised in. Through experimentation with new materials and venues, the artist hopes to create work that is widely accessible and begins to make a space for tenderness and empathy within a critical discussion about the future of work and class in America.
